Surely, due to the huge amount of new occults introduced in the sims 3 supernatural, people will not be able to start a immortal dynasty or townie decadynasty there? Am i right?

This is probably more of a question for the Dynasty or DecaDynasty threads but I don't see how this would not allow it. You're not allowed Occults in the Dynasty Households - that doesn't mean there can't be in the World. In fact with this new control over occults it makes the issue very small. Besides there are going to be normal sims in this new town anyway.

We don't know yet if any of the new occults will be allowed in deca or immortal dynasties as we do not know if they have the extended lifespan that vampires and genies do. Ghosts and imaginary friends are allowed in both dynasties so it is not a definite that all ocults are banned.

Also Metro was hinting about a bigger challange that is similar to the life state race challange. So I am thinking an occult dynasty is on the cards at some points.
