The Manweavers or The DreamMans!  I think that's a great idea and while, yes it might be a little strange reading two styles, I still think it's a fabulous idea.   Which one of you will actually be playing the game?

So would you place Recipe in your starting town and have Carina accidentally on purpose bump into him. I don't see why it couldn't be an official dynasty the only thing you would be doing that is against the rules is placing one of the two founders into the town before you start. The bulk of the challange, the hard part if you will, would be getting everybody to Ambosia which is not easy. It wouldn't be like Recipe would have maxed out painting and sculpting or anything so it won't be any easier then if Carina went and married Chris Steel again.

I think having both of you write it would be amazing and what a treat to see things from both sides. Although if I might make a suggestion it might be an idea to have the story thread and a Dreamweaver-Man discusion thread as two separate threads. That way a reader can enjoy the story without all the many, and there will be loads,of comments.

*just had mind blown* That's a great idea, Pam and Metro! Not sure how'd it work, though.

Yeah, it is a crazy idea. A Crazy Man idea, in fact. Like Pam said, no promises, folks. I just tossed it out there to her. I am knee deep in writing for Carl's and my new Diablo 3 guide and I am trying to figure out where the dozens (hundreds?) of hours necessary for playing and writing a full Dynasty would come from. But, it's just so bizarre — to take 2 really well known forum Dynasty founders...have them meet, and just run with it. But, we'll see. I will likely be unveiling a new Dynasty after Supernatural is released and I will probably want to do my own new Dynasty and get back into writing — it's been so long and I still feel bad about dropping the Wolff DecaDynasty.

A Weaverman dynasty would be awesome. Like chocolate and peanut butter--two things that are great on their own, and that at first glance don't seem like they'd work, but are somehow even better when combined.

That sounds really awesome! Even if it isn't official, it would still be a hit, since you have some awesome writing talent, anyways!  :D

It might be the biggest hit!

I love it! The interactions would be so fun to watch.

I think the name Weaverman would be pretty great. FrostFlower, I like the way you think!

*collapses with laughter* That would be the most awesome thing ever. Pam's excellent emotion and Metro's wacky humour.

There would be a lot of stuff to work out, not to mention the enormous time commitment, but I think it would be hysterical.  We'd probably put both Carina and Recipe in  town and have them meet and stuff.  Ideally, I'd like for us to pass the game file back and forth and let each of us play the part we write about.  I wonder what their kids would look like.  And what would Christopher, Agnes, and Bella think?

Even if this isn't official, I believe it will still be a hit! I mean it's not like anyone is trying to get an advantage out of this right? It would be no real pressure, either since it's unofficial and you could basically do whatever you wanted! It would be fun to see this take place in Riverview.  :)

Be funny if they all got jealous and had a three-way love triangle.  :o

Pam, are you sure it is possible to hand such files back and forth over the internet? I once tried to send one of my saved games to Leto, and was unsuccessful (even trying to upload it here onto the forum was impossible). Granted, mine was an unusually large file...

Please please please!  Gotta love those Dreamweavers!  I think a new town would make the story really interesting.  Midnight would make a great founder (to continue the dynasty even more!)

It's possible depending on the file size and what you have access to to make the transfer.  I have a friend where we shared a save file so I could build him his house.  He zipped the save file and sent it over.  However, it got to a point we couldn't do that anymore because even with zipping it, gmail wouldn't accept such a large file.
