I noticed that too.  There is alot of new people and I would say, probably alot of lurkers that we don't really see and eventually they will probably become members.  This site is getting more and more popular.

I'm regularly viewing 'Who's Online' to find some new topics that I've not noticed yet, and, believe me, I've seen a new member register at least once each hour. That's up to 24 members a day!  This forum is getting larger and larger. Good to know that people are not afraid to join.

As to real records, I'm really happy that we are seeing more regular guests and traffic here is up by a nice chunk

I believe that every time a new expanions (or side-game like Medieval) will arive, new members are on their search for info, and find this forum and site.
Make a curve about the timeperiod and number of members online and you will see some interesting rising lines result.

This site is also ranked very high in the Google search engine.  Any time I search for Sims 3 information, if Carl's has any information related to it, it's the first on the list.

After a slight slowdown due to February being a short month, we have once again broken a record for page views on the Forum.  March 2011 had a total of 1,268,273 views!  Amazing!  This month will likely break another record because of Sims Medieval being added.  Thank you everyone!

If you google "The Sims 3 Forum", this is the 9th site.
If you google "The Sims 3 Medieval Forum", this is the 4th site.

@Carl Some aspects of the guide are at around number 3. "The Sims 3 Guide" places the guide at number 3 nicely.
Yes Carl, you do have a great site. I come here for answers first. If you don't have the answer (and that's pretty rare), I'll generally google it.

I know Google is the # 1 search engine, but this forum is #4 if searching on Yahoo for 'Sims Medieval Forum' and #1 if searching for 'The Sims 3 Medieval Guide' .  Yahoo also places the guide at #2 if searching for 'The Sims 3 Guide', but has "Also try:Carl's the Sims 3 Guide" on the top line !   

This is the only site I go to anymore for any questions I need answered.  I used to have quite a number of them bookmarked until I found this site.  I am very fortunate to be part of this fantastic forum.

If this site doesn't have the answers I'm looking for in the guide or forum, I've found that starting a topic and asking the question usually results in an answer.  On the rare occasions that I don't find the answer that way, it usually means that nobody else connected to the internet really has the answer, either.

You'd be shocked at just how little traffic we get from Yahoo and Bing despite those good rankings. It's almost like Google has 80% market share for gamers I appreciate all the recent praise. It's very inspiring for me when working on a big project like this to see how helpful all our previous work has been to you guys.

I guess growth was inevitable for our community, with Medieval coming along and (I'm sure) another expansion on the horizon. Cheers for the server holding up through all of this
