Baby glitch! Help?!

I have a game started and it is one of my stories... My girl sim is pregnant, but every time she has gone to the hospital to have it she come out holding a stick thing! I didn't take a picture though I heard if you age them up to toddlers that it will be fine, but I really really don't want to do that seeing as it is a story!

Can someone please help?! I think I have custom content. I have downloaded things from the Sims Store and from The Exchange before... But I do not know how to delete it, and will deleting it mess things up in my game? I need to fix this as soon as possible please! I have tried two times, I had saved the game in the beginning of the pregnancy! Both times it has happened. I am going to try one more time, and I will take a picture of it and post it on here! Please help!

Have you tried going back to a previous save, before she went to the hospital?  You might have bad CC, because this is a known glitch if it is corrupted.  Most of us have learned the hard way not to download much through the exchange.  It is not all bad, but you never know.

My last save is when she hasn't realized she is pregnant yet... I went to uninstall all the custom content in the launcher when I saw the "Play without custom content" so I checked that. I am going to try that and see what happens! I probably won't be downloading anything else...

This is a fairly common problem when bad third party custom content is downloaded.
