Creating wild horses

Forgive me if this has been discussed already but I can't seem to find a search panel for the forum and found nothing when googled.

I was wondering if you can create wild horses.  In TS2 you can create animals without people.  I tried to do this in Sims 3 but it required a human.  Can you create wild horses ?

Wild horses in the game are generated by the game itself and not the player.   Any horse that you create will have to be placed into a house with a human.  Even giving the animals up for adoption or to sell them doesn't release them into the wild in anyway.

What if the human dies?  What happens to the animal?

I read somewhere that all pets will be picked up by the social workers.

In my Townie DecaDynasty, I send cats with the Sims who move out.  When one couple died, the cat remained in my Sim's relationship panel, but it was grayed out and no interaction was allowed.  It's like it went into limbo.
