I'm pleased to announce that Mary Sue is now on the exchange in all her glory! And I'll have you know she almost gave me a heart attack; for a moment I thought I'd saved only the household and completely deleted the house and the easels. But it's all good, I had a backup copy in another neighbourhood, phew! I was very,
very tempted to give her a Mid-Life Crisis and change one of her traits to Can't Stand Art, but decided that it'd affect some of her paintings, so I didn't. She's got enough Lifetime Reward points for you to do that anyway, if you want. I'm not sure how she'll download considering as she's got store hair and all (it's Missy O). Anyway, you can pick her up here:
http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=3154930It's 15.78 MB though, quite a bit more than most of my other uploads. Oh well. Fell free to browse the rest of my studio, just keep in mind that one of the sims (you'll see the hair) and the Sunsong Starter house contain a bit of CC. Oh, and expect to see Mary Sue around a bit more. I created her intending to make her a SuperSim with completely maxed skills and skill challenges, and she isn't quite there yet, so keep an eye out for when she is! The odd thing about her is that she's only a level 9 painter, but she's still gotten every single painting I've ever seen in the game and then some, including the famous-looking Masterpieces at the end.
One last thing: I mentioned earlier that I'd noticed some of the paintings seemed to "match" each other. It's better seen than explained, so I took the effort of smooshing all the paintings into this montage for you:
Did I mention how much I suck at editing? But anyway, there are some definite similarities here. I especially love the little red and yellow people. And this is just when the
subjects of the paintings match; don't even get me started on when the
style of the paintings are similar. And thanks to you guys for taking time to read my posts!
