The set is 1900 Simpoints normally but right now it's on sale for 1600 until June 14th.  Premium items not available for individual purchase yet.  The store is having trouble right now probably because of everyone trying to view it before it's properly linked in the store.

Over on Facebook the Sims posted a picture of a new venue that was covered in red, I took the image, desaturated it and brought up the levels in Photoshop to make it clearer. The general consensus seems to say Casino or Aquarium.



It looks like an Octopus sign on the right there so I guess that's the Aquarium - that and the fountain. No idea what it is really though but it looks posh!

I'm thinking that as well, to me it doesn't look very Casino like. Then again everyone could be wrong... Ohh maybe it could be a bowling alley.

Hey, speaking of sets, when they released the Gothic library venue they released other stuff and a set after to go with it so maybe they'll do the same with this! We'll have to wait and see..

I'm hoping this isn't a rabbit hole venue. Where exactly would this Venue come from? Is it a store thing, or part of a new world? Either way, it looks kind of neat. It looks fancy enough to even be a country club.

They also did this with the Regency which was very casino like and came with the giant gumball machine plus had a set or two before and after. 

The only thing that makes me think this isn't a casino is because they've already done Viva Las Vegas sets.   If they were going to come up with a casino, they would have held off releasing those sets I think. 

This could be just another form of bar or showtime place as well.   Afterall, they said new venue not new type of venue right?  I don't facebook so I have no real way of checking it out.

If it is an aquarium, I don't think I will bother with it, but if it is an casino I will definitely get it!

The third picture in your post isn't showing Samoht. Can you take a look at it?
I hope it would be a sea mammal thing, though I highly doubt it, as adding sea animals into this game requires so much work it would be sooner brought as a new expansion instead of something you can download from the store.

Sims VIP have also reported on some new Build items coming with the patch, so the rumour is there's another world coming to the store, probably containing this venue.

I'm thinking a 60's, 70's or 80's themed World.  Those floor patterns combined with this venue that looks 'Old-Modern' if you know what I mean?
