That would be cool. You'd have a rainbow dynasty! I'm curious on how long a skin color wound survive in a dynasty. I'd love to go for purple or orange sims. I's going to love the fairies and I think I'll have a fairy town. When I was little I was a real fan of fairies. My wish for growing up was to become a fairy :P I'll skip out on the zombies. Although orange or another bright color zombie would be funny. At least they would look less threatning ;)

With all the excitement there was something that i hadn't thought of before and now I'm wondering. We've been able to create hybrids with vampires, ghosts, mummies, etc, yet in the chat they said the supernaturals couldn't be hybridized. Does this mean the others won't be able to anymore? Or just the new species? I think a witch/werewolf hybrid would be pretty cool, like Professor Lupin from Harry Potter.  Would magic actually be a skill you could learn, or is it just alchemy? We know werewolves can hunt for things, so could the others have specializations in things that the others can't do. Yes, fairies are capable of pranks, even as adults, which is part of their unique abilities. Witches can duel, but how do they get the spells they use? As it would be very different from alchemy, almost a skill in itself and yet is it really?

I can't wait for Supernatural, especially for fairies! :P A Sim story I'm writing is in the works (mostly in my brain, haha ;D), and with the new fairy wings, I'm hoping to incorporate more concepts into my story. One question, though: will the fairy wings disappear and only appear during the full moon, or will they always be visible to people? ???

Thanks for the link! I'm still not really into zombies. I will try it out once, but I think I rather stick to the other supernaturals. I guess that has to do with my great dislike of horror movies.

Teehee, I'm especially excited for the faeries. :D Not too keen on zombies either though, I reckon I'll be switching them off for just about all my games. A bit on the fence about werewolves as well. I've always been someone who likes realism in my games.. ;)

I don't know why, but I'm especially looking forward to the furniture! Please let there be some gothic-themed vampire goodies! And cute little fairy trinkets! I'm not even a builder, I just like my furniture. :P

There are no pre-made zombies, you have to start the population yourself by turning someone in town into a zombie. So there is no risk of zombies over-running the town unless you want them to. I am so going to be trying fairies, werewolves and witches. I read there was something about vampires finding a way to be in the sun, that will be interesting to look into. The other three are definitely more pulling me in though.

Haha, I think I'll be preordering the game just to watch the zombies get hit by the peashooters in my front yard. ;D

Ha I like how in the zombie dinner table picture they are eating bowls of brains.  I wonder if they prepare them from the fridge!

The faeries certainly look interesting, even more interesting since they haven't been done in Sims or Sims 2. I find the zombies to a bit well.. pointless really.. Maybe there will be more stuff that surfaces once the expansion pack is explored in depth. I'm on the fence with werewolves as well.

I hope this expansion pack is a lot deeper than how it looked on the live chat.. it seemed a bit too shallow for my tastes (even for a quick demonstration) though I guess that's how I've felt about most of the expansion packs so far  :(
Hi!

Though I'm a big fantasy fan, I generally like my Sims to be "realistic" -- fantasy elements just feel weird and shallow to me in such a modern, semi-real-world setting. We'll see if they are really different enough to be more than a brief freakshow diversion form the standard Sims. Werewolves are the ones I'd be most inclined to try, though they sound the most bland so far, since sniffing out collectibles is something that pets can do already. I'd also like them to look more animalistic and less human.

On the other hand, the new town looks interesting (I like rural/forested settings a lot), as do some of the new build elements and furniture. If Moonlight Falls turns out to be stylish, well-crafted and big enough to plonk all those other EPs' lots in, I might grab this anyway.
