Yay all color sims! That's really cool. To bad there are no vampires (so I guess other supernaturals allowed in the immortal challenge. I'd love to do an supernatural dynasty!

I'm a little excited about this EP :-). I love fantasy, and can't wait to have my own little fairy or witch ;-). The only thing I'm a little baah about is the the Limited edition. Plants vs. Zombies? Not a big fan.

You could always do and unofficial supernatural dynasty.  Only the supes with extended Sim lifespans are banned.  We still accept IFs and Ghosts as part of the fun.

If I hadn't already preordered, I'd be skipping off behind Rachel to do it again.  It's cool to think of having multi colored Sims but it would be better if story progression included colored Sims in it's plans.

Yes that is true. I think I'll try that after I have finished my current dynasty :P
I pro-ordered mine today at a local store. I want a disk, I just want something to hold in my hands. I can't wait until I can pick it up. I want to see all the funny interactions, like the werewolf that got slapped with a newspaper.

I'm debating whether or not to pre-order it digital or tangible disk. The digital would help me save space on my cramped bookshelf and I wouldn't have to worry about disk scratching, but there's just something about having all my Sims games on display that makes me fill like I've accomplished something worthwhile.  :)

Yes I agree on that and my other reason is that I'm afraid that if I lose it, it wouldn't able for download anymore. If I have a disk I can just install it and don't need the internet for it. Especially with supernatural as epic EP, I would be sad if that happened...

It is nice having all of those colorful boxes to show off :).  Also keep in mind, the digital takes up more space on your hard drive because you have to "download" the game onto your computer (Showtime took up 3GB) and then do the install (which also takes up space)...  With the physical disk you only have the install part taking up space, which is minimal.  And when it comes to Sims, space on my hard drive is precious so my game runs smoothly...

I'm the type of person who needs the digital version. I'm too lazy to write down my registration code, but I always end up losing my box. Also I don't have anywhere in my room to put the boxes.  :-\ I digitally download lots of games and I've never had an issue with re-downloading them.

Link to Q&A (via SimsVIP)

Wow!  They certainly answered a Lot of questions here!  Plus the 2 questions I asked were the 1st 2 answered!! (That never happens!)

Didn't necessarily like some of the answers, but at least they're there...  Seems like the reason they're not talking much about the Vampires is because they really didn't change anything with them and just added a few more interactions..  <Bummed about still having to "ask" to feed.>  At least we'll be able to create them from the get-go.

Pretty bummed about their new Population Control feature as well...  Certainly isn't living up to the hopes and dreams I had for it.  Guess we'll just have to rely on Twallan for help with that..  I may be a little over judgmental about it - but really?  All their giving us is a check-box?  I don't like it at all and I'm unfortunately assuming its going to work just as bad as their Story Progression check-box..

Don't get me wrong, I'm still very excited about this game - just gotta rethink some of my Legacy dreams a little.  ;)

Just so you know, if you ever have to re-install the game for troubleshooting or whatever, you still need to re-enter your registration code (which is usually located in the same place the game is in your purchase history on whatever platform (Origin, Amazon, etc).  I save my registration codes in a word document on my computer so they're always close by.   :)

I actually love the vampires, the only time I would have an issue with them is if I was playing my Dynasty and there were no non-vampires to marry, but as long as that never happens, I love them. I like the celebrities too because I sometimes get nice things for free hehe. The paparazzi, now those I could live without!

I agree with the person who said why vampires, we already have them.

I never use mods, so I know what you guys mean about vampires, celebrities and paparazzi taking over a town. Ridiculous, but thankfully now they will be controlled after this EP is installed!

I've never played Plants vs Aliens, but the peashooter looks like fun!

I'm a little worried about something though. I remember my game was fine until Pets came out and my graphic card died. Will all these new creatures make my new card die? I hope not, I'm on a limited income and can't keep buying graphic cards!!

Like Fez said, I never played 1 or 2 so everything is brand new for me!

Jeana, why do you keep saying stuff about elves and Laurel Grisby? I don't get it, she was my founders wife in my current dynasty, and she was an awesome person? I did use CAS on her to make her green, and I think I might have shaved some off her nose lol but other then that I don't think I changed her that much.

AHH! I am so going to love being able to make different color sims!! Blue green and red has become boring in the last 3 years lol.

I always use Origin to download the games, but are you serious about it taking double the hard drive space?? That blows big bubbles!

Zombies, Esther. Plants vs Zombies:P

Aliens comes from outer space. Zombies come from graves (or the zombie virus).

LOL! I love Laurel Grisby, because she has a great personality, and I like how the whole family looks different. I think if she married an elfish Sim with big ears, she can pass those ears on to the children! I like her look, because she's different and unique. I personally, think she should be proud of her big ears, and instead of trying to change them, I say, why not enhance them. ;D

I'm actually glad to hear that it wasn't entirely new vampires. Looking forward to the new things they can do, and of course making them in CAS! Soo many story ideas floating around in my head - my brain is arguing with itself and attempting to remind itself that I already have two and am struggling to update as it is. :P I may just end up having some sort of occult storyline in my legacy. ;D

When this comes out, I plan to get a simpoint bundle and then buy the magic sets at the store, so I can make a proper witch with all the appropriate items. 8)
