The volume settings are high, and the appear to be ''working'', but no sounds can be heard at all until I restart the computer. The only problem is the speakers go out, and I don't know how to make them work.
Edit: One of my devices says it's not plugged in, but the speakers are built in because it' a laptop.

Try using ear phones. The sound on a laptop isn't as good as a set of earphones from a mp3 player.

They didn't work either, it's like it's cuts on and off. There are no signs of it though. The computer acts like sound is coming through the speakers, but it's not. It works now but I don't know how long it's gonna last.

My son in law once had a similar problem. It was a virus that cause it. It can do no harm to scan
your laptop. :)

I scanned it and it said no threats found, weird huh?
