Okay, I couldn't find this anywhere and didn't know where to put it. I moved my computer up to my dad's office and connected it to his monitor. My computer is at least 3 years old. I don't have any mods on my computer and I haven't updated the game since about September (no internet) and I tried updating it now and last night it stopped at 99% and now it keeps stopping at 6%! I am updating it by going to the Sims 3 Launcher than going to the Updates section. I have a new expansion pack (Pets) that I am installing after the updates and I am going to add some mods too.
