The Borealis Immortal Dynasty
« on: May 24, 2012, 07:19:52 PM »
Chapter 1.

This my founder, Aurora Borealis, her traits are Green Thumb, Loves the Outdoors, Vegetarian, Eco-Friendly, and Natural Cook

Here she is in her array of rainbow attire. (Everyday, Formal, Pajamas, Athletic, Swim Wear)

On her first day in Sunset Valley, Aurora met her neighbor Holly Alto and they became friends. She then ventured into town to purchase some lettuce.

What was meant to be a quick trip to the market worked out great because she ended up meeting more possible best friends. Aurora conversed until it got dark and she got sleepy.

She was rudely awakened however when Justine Keaton went into labor and everyone started freaking out.

I found it pretty funny that Aurora was able to take Justine to the hospital. She even got the "Its a Boy!" moodlet.

With a pretty hectic first day, I decided to take it easy and just had her work on her gardening in the morning. Then go work on finding a dynasty slave husband in the afternoon.

This is Dave Ramsey, he's a paparazzi.

This is Gage Briody, also paparazzi.

Both are handsome and have nice traits for a dynasty spouse so picking one was very hard but after many sim minutes of deliberating I decided to let Aurora decide. I think she chose wisely.

Chapter 2. Cat and Mouse.

In the end Aurora chose Gage Briody as her spouse. She got many wishes to kiss him and go out on dates with him but it was a difficult task just trying to invite him out somewhere.

I had her invite him out to dinner the very same night that she met him, but after accepting he said he had something to do. Aurora ended up eating alone that night.

One little speed bump, but Aurora was relentless. The very next day she grouped up with him at her place. She only managed to talk to him for a moment before he ran off again. This time I was clever in my approach, I stalked him. Aurora trailed him all the way to the library. By the look on her face it's no wonder why he was running away.

But something tells me he might just like the attention.

Getting Gage to stay in one spot long enough to flirt with him is just like trying to get  Batman to take off his mask, impossible.

On the third day Aurora woke up early and invited Gage over to her house and to my surprise he actually came. With no time to waste Aurora asked him to marry her and he said yes.

That marbled rainbow pattern on Aurora's clothes is absolutely gorgeous. Might I ask if that's a custom pattern or if it can be found somewhere in the game?

Actually that pattern can be found in the sims 3 exchange. I think I just searched the word "watercolor" and it just popped up. When I start up the game later on I'll get the exact name for you. :)

(The pattern is called Pastel 22412)

Chapter 3. Baby, Baby, Babies!

Aurora and Gage spent half of their young adult lives working on their skills. Once Gage painted her portrait it was time for them to bring in the second generation. I love the faces that pregnant sims make when their significant other freaks out.

I got twin girls. The heir's name is Jubilee and her sister's name is Juniper.

Their infant days passed by quickly and when their birthday came around I invited over a very pregnant Bebe Hart. Apparently she's in a relationship with our very own Mr. Dynasty Spouse Chistopher Steel, they have a baby girl named Lakshmi and now a son named Marlin. Aurora took her to the hospital and again got the baby moodlet.

Back to the birthday girls. First Jubilee, she has Aurora's hair color and Gage's big blue eyes. (Insane and Clumsy)

Second Juniper, she also has Aurora's hair color and Gage's big blue eyes. (Neurotic and Perceptive)

Identical twin nooboos ;D Although they are cute, they were a handful but I got them to learn their skills. Walking, talking, and potty training, all that's left is for their portraits to be done and then it'll be time to play the "hurry up and have your birthday" game.

But until then, mummy and daddy will adorn their little ones with affection.

Chapter. 4 Growing up

The twins aged up into gorgeous little look-alikes. If it hadn't been for their different hairstyles and clothes I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell them apart. They both gained Vegetarian as their third trait; I've decided to make it a family trait that all Borealis' born into the family will have.

Jubilee

Juniper

The fact that Jubilee has the insane trait makes her really fun to play with. Her favorite past times include sliding down the staircase,

staring contests with Juniper,

glaring at bus drivers with Juniper, and my personal favorite

shouting at lamps.

When portraits are done, kids make honor roll, and an heir finds a potential spouse, the only thing left to do is play the long and agonizing waiting game that leads into teenage sim freedom.

Jubilee aged up first. I love the devious look on her face :)

Juniper came shortly after and she didn't even get to use her cake.

Chapter. 5 Growing Pains

The twins grew up looking rather stunning, well, somewhat (yes I'm looking at you Jubilee). It's much easier to tell them apart now that they've aged up. Jubilee got the Artistic trait to add with her Insane, Clumsy, and Vegetarian traits. Juniper rolled Lucky to go with her Perceptive, Neurotic, and Vegetarian traits.Aurora just looks so cute.

Speaking of Aurora, she maxed out her gardening skill. With her extra LTW points she bought her last LTR, Inheritance.  (Long Distance Friend, Bookshop Bargainer, Inheritance). With Gage quickly progressing in his sculpting skill he too was able to purchase Inheritance. With some of the extra money I bought Aurora her Stony Falls and Hogan's Deep Fried Diner. With the rest I updated the house.

I decided to make painting Jubilee's Supermax Skill, her LTW is Master of the Arts. Here she is spending quality time painting with her Dad. They like to use each other's easels.

While Jubilee paints, Juniper sculpts. I'm thinking she and Gage will be the sculptors until Jubilee can marry her chosen slave mate and then Gage can rest.

The twins had a pretty typical teenage life. Well as typical as a Neurotic sim and an Insane sim could.

Way to be supportive Juniper.

Prom rolled around and they were dressed to kill if I do say so myself.

Waiting in the Limo was Jubilee's romantic interest and future spouse Reggie Cortez. He's a Saavy Sculptor, Handy, a Computer Whiz and maybe her favorite trait Insane.

While the girls partied it up at prom, Aurora and Gage enjoyed their teen-free time.

The trio had a great time at their prom. By the end of the night Reggie and Jubilee were going steady and they even had their first kiss, Juniper became Prom Queen, and even became romantic with her friend Randy Wrotek.
When the twins returned home that night they changed into their jammies talked about their wonderful evenings.

They really are very close, I like that.

I think Jubilee might miss her sister more than anyone when she becomes an immortal.

Chapter. 6 Changes Pt.1

Aurora's elder birthday and the girl's adult birthday rolled around, Aurora decided to throw a triple birthday party. Reggie, being a paperboy, came and already aged into a young adult.

The Harts came.

Aurora aged up first.

The daddy-daughter painting duo cheered the loudest for Aurora. They're so cute sometimes it makes me all giddy. That's Lisa Bunch in the background, she wasn't invited to my party. In fact, the only relationship she has to the family is that she was the twins teacher for some field trip.

Aurora aged into a pretty elder, all that's left now is her portrait and one more level in her career then she can become immortal. (Notice Christopher in the background, he has ESP!)

Then came the twins. First Jubilee,

Jubilee looks just like her mother but with her father's eyes and hideous attire. Reggie, I understand.

Then my lovely Juniper.

She wasn't satisfied with her look either.

The next day, Jubilee woke up early and posed for her portrait before the sun came up because, it was Graduation day.

Chapter. 7 Changes Pt.2

With so much going on in the house, this caused some delay in my plans for Aurora. Nonetheless, these few days were alot of fun in the household as so much happened.

First off, the girls attended their graduation.

Jubilee was the Valedictorian, she was also voted "most likely to offend others". (Please pay no mind to the creepy girl with the the "Hi i'm Chuckie wanna play," look on her face.)

Juniper got an award for her after school program.

Lori and Lakshmi also graduated that day. Their parents were there to support them.

ESP! 8)

To my surprise Reggie didn't come to graduation. So I had Jubilee call him over to City Hall to see what would happen.

He didn't go inside to get his diploma, but let's just say he didn't leave empty handed.

To conclude this chapter i'll leave it to Christopher.

ESP!
