Is Living in China/France/Egypt Possible?

I tried searching around but none of my terms came up with anything, so —

Is it possible to start a game and live solely in either China, France or Egypt, instead of say, Bridgeport, Riverview, Hidden Springs, Twinbrook or otherwise? Instead of just having a vacation home, it would be neat to play one of the families in France, for example.

You can use twallan's Travler Mod if you're fine with using Mods. Otherwise, no.

Hmm.. I was wary of using the mod only because it's apparently hard to get rid of (aka, you can't just remove it like any other mod, likely because it messes with game files). Is that part true?

Some mods are a nuisance, its true.  Twallan has designed his mods to work WITH your game in that regards.  You can add or delete his mods with no errors to your game.  And as far as I know (as Seabody said) his traveler mod is the only one I know of.  (Understanding of course there are no rabbit holes jobs/buildings in World Adventure worlds and you would have to do some heavy editing if you chose to live there. )

edit:  I just reread you post and I think I misunderstood you. Obviously if you are living in China/Egypt/France and remove his traveler mod then you might not be able to play in those countries since its his mod that allows it to happen.  But you can pack up your family, move back to non-vacation town and then uninstall traveler mod with no real error to your game.
