Three-four bedroom vacation homes?
« on: May 22, 2012, 08:27:37 PM »
So I need help. I just bought a vacation home in France, but it seems a little small. Can someone recommend one, that is at least three bedrooms? Thanks! <3

When you click on a home for sale, doesn't it tell you how many bedrooms it has?

I didn't see it. :( Unless I'm missing something! I bought the Crocus House, it's cute but small.

I don't like any of the prebuilt vacation homes, I don't know if any are as big as you want either.  Why not buy a vacant lot and build your own.  If you make simple sketches with room sizes of a house you like in your home town it does not take long to make a copy.  Actually, my holiday homes are all, more or less the same layout as my base home, just vary the decor.  Or, in the basegame select edit town mode select the town (top left of screen) and place a house you want to buy on a vacant lot.

Can't place a house- it's for my immortal dynasty. Also, my building skills are quite sub par. Thanks for the ideas. :)

The most expensive houses are the biggest and might have enough bedrooms.  If not bedrooms, at least maybe some space that can be converted.  In my Immortal Dynasty, I had the big palace in Egypt and I believe it had three or four bedrooms.  In France, I had a house that had two bedrooms upstairs.  China's house was right by the market and had three or four bedrooms by the time I got done expanding it.  So, it's possible to make enough room.

There is this absolutely MASSIVE castle in France... Across the river from town, up on the hill. It is hideously expensive but you can board an army in there!

There's also the abandoned nectary. It's a pretty big house. Expensive, but not as much as the castle, at least.
