Does she have any store, OLS or FL content? Because, when I download her, it says I'm missing content, from her. But I have the everyday outfit and hairstyle you gave her, plus all the EP's/SP's minus FL and OLS. She's a ton of fun. I even created a pet cat for her. She was a Turkish Angora with pink fur, and purple stars down her back, named Pam.

I think Bubblegum has a look of Indigo about her or is that just me.

Ratchet, I think they do look like each other, but Indigo has blue eyes and Bubblegum has green.

Indigo is almost an exact duplicate of her mother, Carina.  The only difference is their face shape and even it's very slight.  I suppose there could be some similarities to Bubblegum, but you're talking about the first generation compared to the seventh generation.  They're both very pretty, so maybe that's what you're seeing.

I enter Indigo's eye colour in the eye section in CAS, but then they turn purple!
