twallan at NRaas Industries has a mod (Master Controller) that will give you the option of Instant Baby.  :)

MasterController: You can use “Instant Baby” to give your Sim a nooboo right away, or “Pollinate” to trigger a pregnancy. In both instances you can specify the doner. Just be sure you click the Female sim if you choose the Pollinate option. “Pollinate” is in the “Basic” submenu along with the baby options, and “Instant Baby” is in the “Intermediate” submenu, and if you feel you’ve screwed something up, you have the “End Pregnancy” option in the “Advanced” submenu.

The instant baby is part of the cheat module so you need Master Controller and Master Controller Cheats.
