The World Size

Hello again. I was wondering what the standard world size is when you download from the Sims 3 site. The worlds that people can make using Create a World. I want to download a small world that I don't need to scroll around in, but not too small that I see the nothingness of gray around the edges. )  Thanks to anyone who knows.
