Equestrian centre taking biggest lot

Something I have noticed with having pets, is that the equestrian centre takes the biggest lot, the one used for Dynasty and Legacy challenges. Has anyone else noticed this?

There is a smaller equestrian center (40x40) you can use instead.

No, I mean when you start a new game, the equestrian centre is already placed on the biggest lot.

Yes, the equestrian centre automatically takes up the Dynasty/Legacy lot in Sunset Valley. You can delete it via Edit Town if you want to use that lot.
