NPC Neighbor in Apartment Building stuck

Hey there!

I build my own apartment for Sims 3 Late Night. I set the NPC doors and everything seemed to work fine. Finally the first neighbor moved in. So my Sim went over and knocked at the neighbors door to say hello. After talking for a little while my Sim left for work.
The neighbor now stands in the hallway and can't get in his apartment anymore. There is always this thing over his head that shows the door is somehow blocked...but actually there is nothing there. Not that I can see at least.
Anybody an idea whats the problem?

If you know the sims name, use "resetsim nameofsim", then hit enter. Should reset the sim.
