EA Support
« on: May 07, 2012, 10:01:53 PM »
Does anyone know the link or how I can send EA an email? I can't find support on the EA website and The Sims website just redirects me to the same thing.

I'm sorry but I still cannot find a place to email in my issue. I'm very agitated with this EA website. I don't want to look though warranty pages and such.

Esther1981 used this email address, but she's not sure if it's still valid: [email protected]
I've never emailed them, so I don't know.

Have you logged into Origin on that page and gone through the process of saying what your problem is? Often sites will ask you questions and depending on your response, you will be directed to the appropriate area. Sometimes (but I can't say if that site is the same) after you have answered the series of questions, you will arrive at a page to send an email. You can imagine how many people would email them for the silliest little problems if they just published an email address.
Have you read the Forum Rules?

This is what Sportsfan was directing you to but here is a more direct link, if you follow the stages you will then be given the option to call them, have a live chat with them or email them.
