Having trouble downloading the Ford Focus pkge

Having trouble downloading the Ford Focus or Prius packages, the freebies from the Sims 3 Store.  I downloaded Riverview without a problem.  I had previously DL this package...then I had to completely erase my hard drive and start over.   

Unfortunately I said no to the Store content patch (do I need that?  And how would I get it now?) that could be a factor.
The message keeps coming up telling me to check the log for the reason it doesn't download. 

The log contains this message: "2012/05/06|22:46:30|OFB-SIM3:45098|Store Download Failure. Download manifest server error.||||Build Version: 10.0.96.013001|Platform: PC|Locale: en_US|Content URL: http://store.thesims3.com|Web Services URL: http://igs.thesims3.com|

Not sure what to do, but I own a real Focus so it would be cool if my peeps could have one too!

Store Download Failure

From what it said, I think the problem was caught by the server, it means the server doesn't respond to you when you try to make contact with it (download). So try to go to http://store.thesims3.com and http://igs.thesims3.com to see what happen? It's EA server problem, not yours, so all you have to do now is wait until they fix the problem. And by the way, welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure if not having the store update could be a factor or not but here's a link to it. Store Patch. You can try it and see if it helps.
