Sims 3, recreating a Sim help(from picture)

First off, I have the XBOX version of the Sims.

I was browsing on the Sim wikia (looking up traits of the Sims) and stumbled upon Cevin Faron's page

So. The picture the wikia has for his page is this :

Now that looks nothing like him in the game. :/

Basically, I wanna know if anyone knows how to recreate that Sim in the picture? Is it a different Cevin from the PS3 version(I doubt it)?

I hope this helps: I have the PS3 version of the game and that is how Cevin looks in my game. I don't have the Xbox version to compare them, though.

I have Xbox 360 too and yes Cevin doesn't exactly look like that.  I am thinking that pic is from the PC version?  Cevin on the Xbox game sort of looks like he has bags under his eyes, not too handsome.  What's funny is that my sim had a fling with Cevin and their son was a dead ringer for Cevin! I am playing Pets now and don't recall if Sims 3 has the instant beauty reward?  I guess you can somehow get control of him and tweak his looks?
