Does anyone know how or when a sim gets a wish to 'have first kiss'? I've seen it turn up as a teen, but not as a young adult.
Also, is there a wish to propose marriage to a sim? Or to 'go steady'?

I don't recall a 'Have a first kiss' moodlet but I think I've seen 'Kiss X for the first time', I think I have anyway - I've seen that one on Teens if I'm right. There is a wish for the go steady I think, I don't quite remember if there is one for engagement though, there might be.

I am fairly certain that there's a "Get married to X" wish.

Depending on the traits of the Sim, you can get wishes to have the first kiss, go steady, propose marriage, and probably some others.  I think a Sim who is a Hopeless Romantic will get some special wishes along those lines.  Also, as the relationship progresses, those wishes will come up for a particular Sim.  This is often how I know my Sim likes someone in a romantic way...  she'll get a wish to kiss him.  Another wish I've seen is to get married.  Not to anyone in particular, just get married.  It comes up sometimes when a Sim is a pregnant celebrity.

A single sim that just have a adult birthday often get the wish to get married.

My sim gets the first kiss wish even after she's had a first kiss. "Kiss XXX for the first time" comes up with any male or female that she's attracted to. She's even had "Have first WooHoo with XXX". She has the flirty trait and LTR of "Master of seduction".
