Another reference to Bella is the book "Where's Bella?". It probably refers to Bella and her alien abduction in TS2.

And if your sim is a detective from Ambitions, they sometimes reference to when "Bella went missing".

I have a soft spot for Hank Goddard because he has been my legacy baby daddy several times.
A much better founding spouse than Chris Steel. No thin lips for 10 generations ;)

What happened to Pauline Wan, Dreamweaver?  Well, they weren't really supposed to last anyway, those two.  :P Hank is very handsome, the babies must be gorgeous!

I think some of the most handsome eligible bachelors live in Riverview. I only have one family there so I'm not as familiar with that town as SV, but if I were to do a legacy I might start there!

Also: one of my favorite Sims there, besides Hunter Cottoneye, is Ma Baker. She just joined my family through the "Oh my ghost!" opportunity.  She's awesome.

I also like sam sekemento and leighton sekemento.  Sam sekemento doesn't grow up to be to bad usually.  Even if he did live with his grandma.  Also, I truly have never seen anything wrong with Agnes's default hairstyle.  lol

I'm so surprised no one has mentioned Goodwin Goode! I love him! My sim Snow White marries him in my Immortal Dynasty. He has such yummy traits--Good, Brave, Family-Oriented, Hopeless Romantic, and Great Kisser. :)

Funny you should mention him -- I just installed Ambitions and my Sim has decided he is the man for her! Glad to know she made the right choice :)

Buster Clavel is my favorite. Followed closely by his wife Bessie.
"Courage looks you straight in the eye. She is not impressed with power trippers, and she knows first aid. Courage is not afraid to weep, and she is not afraid to pray, even when she is not sure who she is praying to. When she walks it is clear she has made the journey from loneliness to solitude. The people who told me she was stern were not lying. they just forgot to mention she was kind."

Oh yes, I think he is a doll baby. Good genes, too! Which in Twinbrook is a bit hard to find. The only issue is he has a Romantic Interest in Jenni Jones-Brown and an unborn child with her, but I had Snow take him in like he was her own son, and she was a good Stepmother!

I've had bad luck with Goodwin and his genes. His son with Jenni Jones-Brown looked fine, but Story Progression gave him more children with someone else, and I got a bug-eyed monstrosity. I swore not to force-edit anyone in the game (for once), but I had to fix that.

I have no problems with Goodwin as a character though. Many EA sims just have no real conflict or fodder for me to make conflicts out of, and Goodwin has the whole unexpected child thing. Maybe he'll be next for me to play. That being said, I don't play pre-mades that much. A select few have captivated me enough for me to play with them for extended amounts of time, but the rest exist because I need legacy spouses.

I am not very familiar in the previous Sim games as I have only started with Sims 3 and the EP's that follow. I do gather that Sims 3 although the newest of the franchise is in Sim terms the oldest town?

That being said I have read about the Goths and Bachelors and I was wondering...Sometimes in my Sims 3 games Mortimer actually marries Jamie Jolina and she lives in his house? Other times the following is true except Mortimer is dead?

I don't know if anyone else experiences this in their SV games...but I am curious to see so.

Thanks :)

Story progression has no regards for the canon of The Sims. I haven't had those exact situations, but Bella and Mortimer aren't programmed to end up together, so anything can happen.

Hm...That's a shame then...I mean I don't know much about the background and families who have been around through out all the Sim games but to me maybe they should have had some classic story lines programmed to follow through.

Anyways I guess back on topic then...I do love the Goth's in SV but I barely play them...I have had a few of my sims marry Mortimer and Gunther but I actually rather prefer my Sims go after single sims...I feel like I am braking families a part when I play around with some of the premade sim families :P

Shen Su from Shang Simla. My vacationing sim met him, fell in love and had a child with him. That was the best looking sim I ever had. I don't care if a sim is hot or not, but I was impressed with her genetics.

My favourite Sims 3 character would probably have to be Katelyn Missoni, closely followed by Holly Alto.
