That is correct there is the young again potion which is allowed in decadynasties(not for heirs) but not immortal dynasties. I think the LTR you are thinking of is the age freeze thing. Which I assume freezes a Sims age at whatever age they are currently at.

Young Again potion is obtained 2 ways - one is by LTR (Sims and Pets); the other is by the Chemistry table (Sims).

I can't recall seeing it in the LTR panel but I think that is probably because it is one of those LTR that I never think to buy.

It costs about 50,000>70,000 Life time happiness points.

This is for my legacy, not a dynasty. And it's for my Spare's husband.

Would I be able to buy it with someone's LTR points, and then give it as a gift to another sim?

Does anyone know if that would stop the babysitter from aging straight to elder at the end of YA?

Yes, it should reset to the start of YA and not skip a whole Life Stage.

Yes, you should be able to gift it, it works exactly the same as the one from the Chemistry table.

Just keep in mind, that's an awful lot of LTR points to use.

Since you'd previously mentioned something about becoming disinterested in families, you could always use this as an opportunity to make things more interesting.
