Chapter 13:

Not surprisingly, Deeta grew into a very beautiful young lady...

...but none of us expected Boinky to turn out to be such a cute young man.

Plus, what a relief it is now to have more help with the twins.  As helpful around the house as Deter is, now that he has a
boyfriend with Sheldon that's where most of his free time has been spent.

Even as close as Deeta and Boinky are, now that they're teens she's decided that not only do they need seperate rooms
from the twins, but that they should have their own rooms as well.  Boinky agreed and we did some major reworking of
the house.

The twins love their new room, so much that this is the only place that we can get them to eat in now.

Just like with Deeta, it looks like Perrek will not go anywhere without his doll... I hope we don't end up with another new
family member again like with Boinky.  But I have to say that I couldn't love Boinky anymore if he was one of my own
flesh and pixel.

Plus, it looks like becoming an elder hasn't slowed Petre down much as he's still coaching the kid's workout routines and
keeping them all in tip top shape.

Although, Boinky is much more into the arts with his music and painting than exercising with the rest of the kids.

Boy, time in Lunar Lakes sure flies by and before we knew it... it was time for another round of birthdays for the rest of
the family in the house...

...first it was time for both of the twins to become kids.

Peta definitely takes after Petre quite a bit, but she does have my love of the art and music.

Now Perrek does tend to take after me a bit in the looks department, but he's got his other father's love of sports.

Finally, it was Deter's time and it was exciting and sad at the same time to see my oldest baby become a young adult...

...uh oh, here it comes...

...Deter turned out to be quite the looker and I can definitely see both of us in him too.

After a quick makeover in CAS though, I think he took Petre's coloring but took my facial features.

What a day, time for us all to call it a night...

ZZZ...

Chapter 14:

Hey guys!  Most of you already know me, but just in case you don't... my name is Deter and now that I'm a young adult it's
time that I start telling the story.  First, I'm sure your wondering why I'm out and about since the last you heard from Daddy
Derrick was that we all went to bed.  Well, I just couldn't sleep and now that I don't have a curfew I just had to go out and
do something.

It was pretty late and with it being a Thursday Night, I didn't really expect too much of a late night.  All the clubs in Lunar
Lakes were already closed, so I ended up at one of the few 24 hour hangouts in town... The Natatorium Pool.

I ended up playing a few arcade games and had a couple of quick drinks before I realized it was morning and almost time
for the graduation ceremony to start...

Uh Oh... I hope I'm not late!!  I'd better let my Dad's know.  Car?  YES, DETER?  Let my dads know I'm on my way to the
graduation, please?  YES, DETER, MESSAGE SENT.  Thanks, Car!  YOUR WELCOME, DETER. Got to love this car!  ;)

Woohoo!  I'm a Celestial Community School Graduate!!

Sheldon came over after his own family graduation party and I have to say that my name is looking smoking hawt as a young
adult isn't he?  ;)

We gave each other the usual congrats, hugs, and kisses...

Sheldon shocked me with a graduation present, a really awesome atomic stereo.  I'd better sneak off tommorrow and pick him
something up, luckily he believed me when I told him that I had ordered his present and it was delayed in shipping.  *whew!*

Luckily after my dad's recent remodel to all the kid's bedrooms gave me a large suite with an office and sitting area, so I took
my sweetie up there so we could have some alone time as everyone else seemed to have called it a night.

Now that we're grown up, things can get a bit hotter between me and Sheldon... and boy did it get hot...

...and hotter...

...and even hotter...

...and, well... you know what happened!  ;)

No baby chimes, don't worry.  We were safe and took precautions, I just turned into a young adult and I'm too young to
be a daddy just yet.  But we did get a new addition to the family, well... sort of!

TADA!!

I wonder how long before my Dads find out about this one? LOL

Chapter 15:

The next morning was quite a day, I spent most of it lounging in my suite with Sheldon, but I did venture out long enough to
pose for my dad, Derrick, so he could start my portrait for the family room.  Daddy Petre continued to work in garden and
make sure the twins were staying out of trouble.  Boinky decided to go somewhere he always loved to go as a child, the
Memories of Hidden Springs domed park.

Boinky has always been fascinated with the Tree of Prosperity...

...and finally fed from it's smart fruit, before getting invited to hangout with my sister, Deeta at the Natatorium Pool.

The two spend the afternoon playing arcade games and pool...

...before heading upstairs to the bar area and having some quick drinks.

They had a couple more rounds of quick drinks as the evening went on.

Both feeling a bit more relaxed and grown up now, Boinky decided to make his move and he started making flirty jokes.

Which was all the invitation that Deeta needed to make her flirts and eventually went to hold Boinky's hands.

Since both teens are way too young for the local nightlife of Lunar Lakes, they turned the place into a dance club and
started dancing the night away.

Deeta was having such a blast that she decided to embrace, Boinky.

Romance was in the air and the embrace was all the encouragement Boinky needed to go in for a kiss.

The young couple decided to memorialize their "first date" in the photobooth.

Boinky paid for two copies of the set of pictures, that way both he and Deeta could have a set.

Before heading home, the young couple decided to play a few rounds of arcade games again...

...and stare romantically at the stars together.

Boinky walked Deeta to her bedroom suite and gave her a goodnight kiss before heading upstairs to his own room.

He was so excited about his date with Deeta, he didn't think he would be able sleep.

ZZZ...

The next day, Daddy Derrick continued with my portrait...

...which he finished that evening and hung up with the other portraits.  Once Deeta and Boinky grow up, I'm sure that they'll
have portraits too.  Hopefully, Derrick with be able to paint them... if not, I guess I'll have to learn to paint better just to be safe.

Thanks, Louise56...
Glad to see you liked the update(s), I'm pretty proud of this legacy and things are surprisingly going very well.  Although I do tend to loose sims in the house, it's a bit of maze sometimes.  I'm trying to give everyone equal time in the story, but I'm still sad that Petre turned into an elder because I know it doesn't have much longer the custom age span I set doesn't give babies/toddlers/elders very long and I expanded most of the time to the young adult/adult ages.   :)

Hugz,
Jase~

Chapter 16:

Good morning.. long time, no see, huh?  It's great to talk to you again, a lot of things have changed in Lunar Lakes since the last time I was able to tell my story.  We now have weather, university, resorts, and so much more now in town.  Today, I was hoping to sleep in but the twins woke us all up extra early, it's their birthday and they can't wait to grow up.  Come on, Sheldon... wake up, we've go to downstairs for the party.

The twins didn't even give any of us time to get dressed, that's how excited they were.  Even though it was a bit of an odd party with all us standing around in our pajamas and underwear, it was still lots of fun.

Peta was the most impatient and first to become a teen, I don't even think she had a wish when she blew out her candles either.

Now, Perrek did take the time to at least make a brief wish before it was his turn to go up...

... he grew up looking so much like our Daddy Derrick it's scary, they could almost be twins themselves!

Peta has taken up a love of gardening, just like our other dad, Petre.  She's getting pretty good at it already too, she just planted some bananas, eggplant, and lemons.

Not only did Perrek get his looks from Derrick, he's also inherited his love of the arts when it comes to music and painting.  He says he wants to be a rockstar and you know what?  I believe he will someday.

To keep the whole birthday celebration going on through out the day, we all decided to go to the local Summer Festival that was going on downtown.  Not only was it the Twin's Birthday, but it was also Leisure Day in Lunar Lakes and the whole town was celebrating in one of the large pavilions.

Just as we were all about ready to go, Daddy Petre decided to stay behind, he said he had some business to take care of first and that he would just meet us all there.  I wonder what kind of business he needed to do?  I know he's been looking up a lot of information regarding the reaging gene research that has been going on at the local science facility, the Perigee.

Sure enough while we all enjoyed the fun at the Summer Festival, Daddy Petre stopped off at the Perigee... a couple of hours later and he came out looking like this!  Wow, I guess they've gotten pretty good at this whole reaging thing, huh?  They took him from elder to adult again...

He stopped off at the local store to pick up a few items now that he was too "young" for all of his elderly stuff back at home...

... New clothes...

... New gadgets...

... Back at the Summer Festival, Boinky and Deta continue to go closer and the spark between them begins to glow even brighter than before, infact it's going super nova if you ask me.

While, Daddy Derrick ends up winning the hotdog eating contest for a second festival in a row!

Sheldon and I enjoyed a few rounds of kickball, he did pretty good blocking me a few times too.  I really thought I was going to best him a lot easier and faster than I did, maybe he should be in the professional athlete career along with my Dad?

Speaking of Dad, where's he at?

When he finally arrived, he shocked us all with his new look... especially, Derrick.  I'm pretty sure he was really pleased to see him looking so much younger and healthier again.

It was such a long day that we all went to bed immediately when we got home, although the lights stayed on upstairs for a long, long time... guess our Dads had a lot of catching up to do?

The next morning, none of us were too surprised when Boinky finally worked up the nerves to ask Deta to go to the prom with him.  We were equally unshocked when she said yes too, the whole family pretty much knows where their story is going, I plan on buying them a maid-bot as a wedding present when they get married eventually.

Even though the whole family was out very late last night, most of the teens in the house were able to be dressed, eat breakfast, and get onto the bus on time...

...well, except for Perrek.  Poor boy, he overslept again and he had to rush this morning and missed the bus too.

Thank goodness though that we have the Not So Routine Machine and he was able to teleport to school and beat his siblings there too.  Which I'm sure they were less than thrilled to see him gloating and waiting for them all at the school's portal with that smirk of his.  We all just thankful that he was able to use it right...

...before it broke, luckily Dad is pretty handy around the house and was able to repair it in a few minutes.

One bad thing about Lunar Lakes having weather now is our open house plan, it seems like we're constantly mopping up the puddles when it rains and some of the rooms are really cold now.  Dad says that a remodel won't work due to all the open stairs, walkways, and mid-level patios.  So we're going have to hire a robot crew to demolish it all and rebuild a brand new house from the ground up... I wonder what our new home will look like?

Chapter 17:

I'm back and I'm sure you all were just as excited as we were when it came to seeing what Dad and the plumbot construction team came up with for our new home.  Well, here it is and it sure is huge isn't it?  I guess we're a pretty big family, so we need lots and lots of room.

After all the younger kids got home, our Dads started cooking dinner.  While Sheldon and I were at work, neither could decide on one entrée and since it was our first dinner in our new home after all, they decided to make both.

... and the kids did their homework upstairs in the library/study nook while dinner was in the oven.

Once we all were home, we all had a nice family dinner.  Wow, everything looked so good I wanted to eat both entrees.

We all ate so much that we were really stuffed. It wasn't too long before the younger kids were sent off to bed, and I think they all slept very well in their nice new rooms. I guess it was a good thing too, because shortly before the rest of us decided to go to bed our family pet, Rin, died.  It was a very sad moment for the family, especially the ones of us who were still awake.

So after saying a few nice words and burying him, we all went to bed. Thankfully, Sheldon and I had some nice dreams after such a sad event.  There's nothing nice about loosing a beloved family pet.

As usual, our parents were up before the rest of us both cleaning up the mess from the night before and cooking a delicious pancake and waffle breakfast. The next morning, we had to break the news to the younger family members of Rin's death which of course led to a somber breakfast.  Peta was in quite a unpleasant mood and complained about everything, our Dads just let it slide because they knew she was just lashing out and dealing with her grief.

Peta and our Dad harvest some wonderful fruits and veggies from their garden just before getting ready for school, he knew it would be very therapeutic for her and thankfully it was.

As usual, Perrek overslept and was late for breakfast.  So we had to break the bad news again to him.  We were all relieved that he takes most bad news extremely well and although sad, he understood that our pet was in a much better place now.

Surprisingly, all the kids made it to school on time.  Deeta, Boinky, and Perrek took the bus while Peta decided to teleport directly there since Dad did fix the "Not So Routine Machine".

That evening after school Peta and Perrek decided to hangout with some friends at the local arcade, while Deeta and Boinky rushed home to get ready for their big date to the prom.

Things were touch and go for a bit when Deeta and Boinky got into a huge fight over his choices of wearing jeans and going for dinner at the local diner.  Deeta had expected a tuxedo and expensive diner at the bistro, but luckily things settled down before they left and they had a wonderful night.  As we all had predicted when they got back we found out that they were crowned Prom King and Queen.

The sim days have really been flying by and before anyone knew it, it was birthday time again.  Back when Boinky was an imaginary friend, Deeta made his birthday the same as hers, so once again it was time for a double birthday party...

... looks like we have another good looking young man in the Hopeful Family.

Next it was Deeta's turn and...

... I have to say that my cute kid sister has blossomed into an even more beautiful young woman.

Remember how I said that time has been flying by?  It really has because the very next day was graduation day... Yeah!!

Now both all grown up, Deeta and Boinky started going out on quite a few romantic dates.  Boinky finally took her to the bistro she wanted to go to on prom, better late than never he said.

But they didn't grow boring either, they still went to the arcade.  After all, it was the first stop they went on their first date.

They frequently went on afternoon dates to Intergalactic Java, they both adore mocha lattes.

Due to her artistic trait, Boinky also would regularly take Deeta on dates to the local art gallery and...

...after basically hitting most of the hotspots in Lunar Lakes, Boinky had a big surprise for Deeta and decided to take her to the new dance club in town, the Hexagon Club.

Boinky first serenaded Deeta as he deejayed a new song he mixed just for her...

...afterwards, they danced the night away together on the dance floor.

When the time was right, Boinky took her out to back patio where it was a bit more private and very quiet.  That's when he decided to ask her to marry him, her response was very predictable and of course she said yes.  The whole family is thrilled about the wedding too, especially Daddy Derrick, he loves weddings.

I so love this, Jase! Anything about this legacy, name it and I love it. Do you use any CC, by any chance (just out of curiosity)? Your sims are gorgeous. Maybe you're just far better than me at CAS. ;)
