How many children have your sims had?

I have a single mother of 7 living in the swamps of Twinbrook, 6 of the kids to totally different fathers (the last 2 were twins), but they were spread out a little.  The oldest is a teenager a few days away from being an adult, while the twins are still infants.  She's never had a job, as being a professional mother literally takes up all her time.  The only way they survive is by completing opportunities that give money, and by mooching off the baby daddies.    "No Bills Ever" has been a big help, too.

Due to my interest in the Immortal Dynasty, however, I haven't played her a lot lately.

Hosfac, that is one great mom! I've never had more than 4 kids so I might try that scenario too. Wouldn't you mind if I literally steal your idea?  The swamps of Twinbrook made me laugh! Lol

I have had 6 as a Max as I don't tend to have my sims 'Breed' outside of the Household.  I prefer to keep children under my control. I may try soemthing was Declan Jade though... Just to try and get some good looking genes in that Town!

Something between 18-22 is how many babies my Sim had, in a previous save game (before LN).

He had already put 6 planned children in the world to spread chaos his good genes, and I figured it was about time I completed my Adventure Log 100%. Every trip to another country "spawned" a new baby for him with a random female in the region. I lost count at 18, but he had a few more trips to do to Egypt (that place is too big!), so a few more children got added up, surely. By the time it was over, my family tree got bugged and could not be opened by my main sim (I think I posted it somewhere in the Family Tree topic). If I tried to open the FT through his wife, I could see a little tip of his square, but after clicking it, it would just be blank.

Basically, if your sims are going to China, Egypt or France, make sure you give them enough protection.

Since the start of this post, that same family had a ton of grandkids and a few more kids and adopted kids.  The family is strung all over the place and if someone could tell me how to take a screenshot of the family tree, it is quite extensive and you have to scroll from side to side, but I am sure if I posted it, you would see how big it is.  I remember reading how to do that somewhere, but I forgot.

While on the family tree, push alt+print screen at the same time. Then open paint, and hit ctrl+v. Then just do it again for however long the tree is. I'm going to need to do it for Mortimer's considering he's still spreading Goth genes!

You'd have to do multiple shots to get the whole tree if it needs a lot of scrolling.

I honestly don't know if I'm doing this right but heck with it I'll say it anyway.

in total I have 11 kids and one on the way. It all starts with Me Reanna and my husband David (Beckam) our first child was adopted and her name is Rue I adopted her as a child and yes Rue as in the Hunger Games. Then I had twins girls Demi and Heaven and then I had another set of twins Justin and Josiah. We then moved to a bigger house that I downloaded on the simsresource. The we had our first single child Jeremy and he sadly drowned after turning into a teenager  . then there is Jason and then we had another boy Jackson and then I had triplets Josh, Jerimiah and Summer and Heaven has 2 children April who is a child and Penny who was born a couple days ago

I'll tell you, I might just like nooboos as much as Pam does! I believe my highest number is 5 or 6. And that is how the "make all happy" cheat became my best friend. Lol. I keep my families in range of 2-3 kids. Maybe four. I just played a very fun family. The mother wanted to raise five kids from baby to teenagers and the father wanted to become a five star chef. Both achieved their wishes at the same time. Neat right?! I believe I had three singles and a set of twins. Another family will the almost identical scenario had triplets (NEVER AM I DOING THAT AGAIN!) plus a set of twins. Another family had two sets of twins plus three singletons. Man, I miss the Martins, Maguires, and Dabneys. Good times, good times. XD

You ever find that having kids makes them the focus of the game? I have games where I have a lot of balls in the air, but as soon as 1 kid is born I unintentionally drop everything and focus on it.
Then the whole dynamic of my game switches from a town-centered game to a lot-centered one. Its a shame but I cant make a sim who can have it all and a family, its one or the other. Whats also strange is that it's not just the same game but with kids, all my activities change too. Without kids, eat where I can find food, sleep wherever, get home whenever- but the kid comes and its 'early to bed, early to rise', everyone lets all eat at the table; make sure the homeworks is done and all that. Its fun but its a domestic kind of fun

The most I've ever had was 7, with a single mother to boot! I had two Sims at first. At first it was just a set of twins, then the wife gave birth to triplets. A bit later I decided to let them have one more child, since there was only room for one more Sim, so no possibility to twins, right?

Wrong. Two days before the wife gave birth, her husband get singed while repairing the stereo. This was early on in my Simming career, so I didn't realize that trying to repair stuff while singed was... unwise, to say the very least. Long story short, the wife was now left with a dead husband, five young children, and still pregnant. Of course, since the husband had died, there was now room for twins, and guess what happened?

So, she had to raise seven children all by herself. It was a harrowing few weeks, to be sure.
