Is there any way to fix this glitch?

It's weird, I've seen this on Sims before but never in their ''naked stage''. It's a boy that has this, I didn't even know the game cold assign clothes then.

I'm not entirely certain I understand what the picture represents.  Could you maybe explain it? 

It looks like a Sim in the shower wearing clothes.  I've seen this all over the game when sims have the never nude trait.

He doesn't have the never nude trait. It's pregnancy clothes and high heels lol.

If you have any CC, you might want to double check and make sure it's not that as well.  Clear your cache files and resetSim should work for this little guy.

I'm pretty sure it is CC, I have alot of it, not that I want alot of it. It came with downloads off of the exchange.

This is why I don't download anything off the exchange anymore.  Or if I do, I immediately delete the CC from the launcher once I realized it's in my game.  If you want to get rid of the CC and not keep it all, I would recommend a factory reset and then just port over the things you do want.   Rememeber if you reinstall the same things from the exchange, you'll just get them back.

Yeah, that definitely looks like dodgy CC to me. Sometimes the creators try to make an item of clothing available for every outfit and/or age group regardless of whether the clothing's designed to work that way. In your case, it looks like a piece of clothing for an adult Sim wound up on the unseen showering outfit for your child. I don't think you have to delete all your CC, just check CAS for any funny-looking outfits in the child category and uninstall them with your launcher.  :)
