Store Content not showing in CAS

  This is an odd issue. I haven't played Sims in a while, and decided to play today. When I opened CAS, I noticed several hairstyles and clothing from The Store weren't there. I checked the "Installed Content" tab of the launcher and nothing was there. Is there any way to recover the downloads quickly?

Are they marked as "installed" on the Downloads tab of the launcher? If not, tick them all and click "install".
Before you do this though, exit out of everything (Launcher + Game) and try going in again. If the same problem is there, then install them again.

They're not there. The hairstyles and clothes are gone. The only remaining installed content are Exchange Patterns and a Showtime stage. I'll take a picture in a little bit.



That's the only outfit from The Store, cause I forgot to mention that I just downloaded it. It wasn't part of the previous purchases.

No. Just the recently downloaded romper, though, and that's about it.

I've had this problem and it has something to do with the new content patches and having to make sure your base game is registered with the email address you're signed in as.

If you've been deleting things from your downloads or downloads folder without saving it somewhere else, you're going to need to go to your purchase history and re-download everything.  Or when you load into the game use the dashboard downloader.  If you're a purchaser of several sets that have lots of items.  It might be easier to do the previous to the latter.

Did you delete any of your DCCache files by chance?  It will also remove things from your game.
