Ghost Dog?

My Sim got the opportunity to bring a urn to the science building. I've never gotten this opportunity before so when a stray dog died on my lot I thought, why not? So I take the urn there and now I have a little ghost dog in my family. It's awesome and all, but I don't really need another dog right now, So how do I get rid of it? I tried to give it up for adoption, but it didn't work out. What can I do?

Do you have a previous save from before you took the urn to the Science Center?

I figured it out! The urn is in the ghost dogs inventory. When you click on it, you can click, "go back to netherworld"
