FYI, there's a mod on MTS by Velocitygrass that will allow you to put down custom sized lots (especially if you want to add those odd sized expansion lots). It's called AddAnyLot Size. It's very simple to use and super helpful.

Just in case anyone wants to know, Awesomemod has this feature already so there is no need to install this mod if you have that mod. Though Awesome is a pretty huge mod which touches core files so it's nice to have this feature as a separate mod.

Yes it is, because I don't particularly like AwesomeMod.  It's one of those "I do everything" mods, and I don't really even want most of the features it provides.  I'd much rather have Twallan's modular mods so I can pick what I want without getting a lot of things that I don't want and will never use.

This is one of my new favorites. I hated always having to add extra sidewalks and such to make community lots fit when there was no proper lot size to choose. It has come in so handy for adding buildings to towns or changing the layout of towns to better suit my playing style. I never understood why they made so many new lots in such strange lot sizes, but then did not include those sizes in the world editor.
