Collection skill milestone

I seem to be having trouble finding the last few things i need for each milestone. I have the xbox 360 version so i am in moonlight bay. Has anybody come across a pink diamond if so where did you find it? Also i need the rainbow butterfly and rainbow beetle. I have searched everywhere and have used the lucky karma power numerous times and cant seem to find them. Is there a certain time to look? Or a certain location to look at a certain time? This one is driving me crazy.
