sims 3 CAW tool blue screen error

when im in caw, i pick the sunset light town that comes with it, put down a few lots dont touch the terrain click edit in game, then when i go to edit town (in the edit in game thingy) i just see mist or the "blue screen" everywhere, if i return to game i can only see the land upclose i cant zoom out very far, i found a few people with the opposite error where if you zoom in too much it goes blue, but for me its zoom out, anyone have any help?

Oh, yeah, I remember having a blue screen when zooming in! Let me think, what was it again....?
 
Ok, yes, I had to zoom in (completely I believe) before I went to Edit Game, so when I still was in CAW. Then I could go to Edit Game and I arrived completely zoomed in with normal screen.

So if you have the opposite, it may work to zoom out completely in CAW and then go to Edit Game. Hopefully you'll arrive In Game zoomed out with normal screen instead of blue screen.

oh ye why didnt i think of that :L zoom in for the other problem, so for reverse problem use reverse fix XD this solved it thanks man also for anyone reading this here are 2 other fixes if this one doesnt work
1. go into the view tab (i think its called view) camera settings then move the slide bar all the way to the right (you will need to do this each time you reopen CAW)
2. close other programes using hig cpu before entering edit in game trough caw.
