Lifetime wish "Swiming in Cash"...how much?
« on: March 26, 2012, 10:32:28 AM »
OK, so when I made my sim I gave him the "Swimming in Cash" lifetime wish. Well, its taken time, but I finally got past that $50,000 mark, but I'm not getting the reward. Now here's the really weird part: one part of the LTW's tooltip tells me I'm already there, but another tells me I need to get $79,000. Screenshot here. Any explanation and/or fix for this?

Usually when someone moves into a house with this LTW, it's 50,000 more simoleons needed.  I would go for the 79k and see if that gives him the LTW.

In my experience with this LTW, you are supposed to have 50,000 more simoleans than what you had in cash when the LTW was selected. However, if your sim was made in CAS then you should only need 50,000. Has your sim ever had a different LTW? If so, that would explain the change in number. If not, you could always try resetting your sim. If that doesn't work, I would just kaching my way up to the desired number and then familyfunds it back down to what you really had.

The Lifetime Want doesn't change it's description. However much money your Household has when the Sim in question moved in - add $50,000 to that and that is your goal. I've done this LTW a lot of times, it's so easy - especially with Agnes around!  ;D
