I downloaded the gem lot, game crashes

I downloaded the gem lot and now my sims game keeps crashing when i have my sims go there and collect the gem that she needs (rainbow gem) to have her imaginary friend be human and then after my game crashes! I'm thinking I should just remove the gem lots and see if that will work then she won't be able to get rid of the challenge that she has.

Do you have all of the EPs required for the one you downloaded?  I've downloaded it as well and have had no issues...

yep i do it never did this before i downloaded the gems packs and then i took them off my game and it still does it. so when i do go back to playing the sims3 i will just try and make the potion for the imaginary friend to become real. but right now the house hold is full .
