The subject is pretty controversial and "wrong" or "not suiting" in the eyes of some players and it's a common cause of heated debates at the official thesims3.com forums' Ideas & Feedback section. So people tend to not talk about it much and tend to refer to its existence in The Sims Medieval as a pure alternative for the bottles to suit the theme (since those didn't exist in medieval times).
Anyway, I've managed to find a thread at ModTheSims discussing this subject and one of the members shared a mod of their own creation; it can be found
here but since that thread was from November 2011 I don't think this mod is compatible with the newer patches. You could always try and see if it works for you, though.
As for places other than MTS - I've really looked everywhere and even registered at Naughty Sims Asylum to look for such a mod there too, but no dice. I'd like to have this in my game too, personally, as sometimes bottle-feeding is just not fitting the theme of a certain story I'm weaving in my mind sometimes.
