New CAS Features You'd Like To See

I would say a height bar but if my mind serves me correctly...which it normally doesn't  I read somewhere that it would mess up animations.

I think one thing I would like to see is better toddler clothes well more modern clothes in general. EA is still living in the 90's- early 00's

The ability to add one or two streaks in hair, or different degrees of highlights. Like, I could put in one little streak of platinum blonde against my dark virgin roots.

I'd like to bump this up. One thing I would've liked to see for Generations, is the strapless layered dress with the bow in the middle, be available as formal wear for teens, instead of just everyday. If you're only going to give teens that outfit for one category only, it should be formal, not everyday. I'm always disappointed that that dress isn't available for prom. It would be so cute with the converse.

Since you bumped this, Jeana, I have a new idea.  What if you could take a picture of a person, or even a drawing, and the game could recognize certain features on the face and reconstruct it as a sim?  I think I'd use that quite a bit, though I imagine it would be complicated and probably take awhile for the game to process.  You could have a real Charlie, Jeana.

LOL! That idea for some reason reminds me of the custom paintings in TS2, where you could get a picture of say, you or your pet, or a random cartoon, and put it in the paintings folder. You could select "Paint Custom Painting..." and have Darren Dreamer paint a self portrait of you.

hehe Well, Facebook can do it; I upload pictures and it actually finds faces and asks me to tag them and gets it right.  That's why I thought TS3 might be capable of the same thing.  Perhaps they could do it as an add-on sort of feature, like Create-a-World.  You don't need CAW to play, you wouldn't need this, but if you wanted it, it could be there.

I used to have a Sims album on FB and it would pick my sims and ask me to tag them, heh. I would love it if TS3 could have a facial reconstructor, I'd put my siblings through it for giggles.

I think it would be cool if sims had more realistic teeth. I have a canine that protrudes slightly and it gives me a slightly crooked smile. I wish I could do that on TS3 with my simself.

I once saw something about the version of the game for Nintendo 3DS allowing you to take a picture and have the sim made to look like the person in the picture.
