New Build/Buy Item? (Sims 3 Pets)

I just started a new game save for Sims 3 Pets on the Xbox.  I had my sim visit the Kingsley home, which is next to the lighthouse.  I never noticed on other saves, but upstairs they have a game room.  And the dartboard there is not the one you can buy, but an electronic one!  It looks really cool and I wondered if any knows where this comes from or if it can be bought.

It comes from Late Night, but what they did is took bits and pieces of furniture and tools from all the expansions and stuff packs from the PC versions, and transferred them to the XBOX 360 version. Ex. The hot tubs come from Late Night, and one that I think comes with Outdoor Living.

Thanks for the reply.  My sim briefly moved in that house, put the dart board in storage and then moved back to his original house. I hope thay come out with DLC soon.   I think the PC version has really neat stuff!
