Beautiful Vista Moodlet?

Is there anywhere in the guide or anything that lists all the lots that give the beautiful vista moodlet? As I often wonder which lots to choose for this but only know of a few in Sunset Valley but would love a list of all that are available in all the towns! If this has already been asked sorry I searched but didn't find anything.

Momofmany, I'm glad you've asked this, as it's something I've wondered about as well.  There is a thread in the Miscellaneous Help section called Beautiful Vista bug that lists the lots in Sunset Valley, but I don't think we have a list for the other communities.  It would be good if we could get a list for all the towns.

To get a home with the "beautifull vista" moodlets, you must build on a lot that already has one. We'll use the Wolfe lot as an example. Select the Wolfe lot from "edit neighborhood", evict the Wolfe family. Select the lot again using build/buy and MANUALLY delete everything from the lot. (You may use the sledgehammer tool) When the lot is empty, build what you want.

DO NOT use the bulldozer tool to delete lots that have a "beautiful vista" moodlet, doing so destroys the moodlet. Also, on the five empty lots that have a "beautiful vista" moodlet, placing a home from the lot bin will destroy the moodlet.

Well that is good to know but as I don't do much bulldozing actually haven't done any I was hoping that someone somewhere had a list compiling all the lots that have this moodlet!

I know this is an older thread, but I am having difficulty in discovering more recent topic threads. In Ambitions -> Twinbrook -> I have the beautiful vista moodlet on the Derik Owen lot. It's down by the old trestle tracks in the swampy lots section. I had (fortunately) torn down his loft using the sledge hammer, and rebuilt a new house before realizing such a moodlet existed. He gets a +50 mood boost while home now. Does anyone have additional beautiful vista lot locations for Twinbrook?

So, by that theory, we could copy an empty lot with the "Beautiful Vista" moodlet, place it in another empty lot that doesn't have it, and 'move' the moodlet so to speak.
