Is there any way to make the game recognize that you have ep's?

My game is acting like I only have the base game but I have all of the ep's and sp's installed

Maybe try a factory reset if you don't want to do a complete reinstall.

is that a move the the sims 3 folder to the desktop and it starts it again?
