Paving slabs? Pet Shop?

Hey, I just had posted here. Anyone saw it (coming and going), or did I just thought I had?

In Central Park they have these tiles. Here you can see them joint to the pavement as well:

Go into Edit Town, then edit the Central Park in Sunset Valley. You want to use the recolour tool on those tiles to open up Create-A-Style. When it is opened look at the top left corner, it will have the window to scroll through other colours or saved colours. In the bottom right of that small window you should see a folder with an arrow I believe, select that and a pop-up to save that floortile to a section in the flooring section of Buildmode, select a place wherever you want. You should get a notification that it has saved.

Then exit the Create-A-Style and go into Buildmode, go to the Flooring sections and click on the sub-section where you saved it. You should see it with a little folder icon.
