Reinstalling Origin

I am about to do a complete uninstall/reinstall of all of my Sims 3 games. Should I uninstall/reinstall Origin as well? If so, at which point in the reinstallation process should I do so? Origin is currently updated to the latest version and hasn't given me any problems.

Nope, you shouldn't need to uninstall Origin, just your Sims 3 games.

Thanks Moons. I begin the game reinstallation process tomorrow. I'm glad I don't have to mess with Origin at all.
Just downloading that 942 MB patch will keep me busy most of the day.
