Gardening Immortal Dynsasty question
« on: March 09, 2012, 09:12:53 PM »
So, I started an immortal dynasty challenge, and I'm wondering if it's possible for my 2nd generation to get their gardening skill up high enough to grow life fruit in time for my 1st generation to eat ambrosia from it.

1st gen is 14 days til aging to adult
2nd gen is brand new; 2 days til aging to toddler.

I've never really done gardening before, so I'm in a whoooole new territory.

I am trying to focus on getting my spouse leveled up on painting to do her YA portrait in time, plus he needs to level his cooking for work.  I plan on having him actually prepare the ambrosia for her.  I think he is the same exact age as her.

Thoughts? Is this going to work at all?

Easily, you can have your second generation read the gardening skill books in the library as a teen and get him to 10 in no time. If you have generations installed, you can send your child on a field trip to the science lab if you get an opportunity.

It'll be about 16 days before your toddler gets to Teen. Your founder will be a couple of days into adulthood. Adult lasts 21 days, you'll have more than enough time to have your second generation grow a life fruit.

IT would help if a Spouse went out to collect the seeds for it as well, so at the moment Generation Two is able to plant Specials (Level 7) they can get it in the ground. I can't quite remember how long they take to grow though.

Awesome, thanks so much guys!  I have honestly never touched gardening while playing before, so I had no idea at all.  Now I just have to look into the seeds gathering thing.

Thanks!
