Horrifying Mood
« on: June 14, 2010, 03:54:49 PM »
I recently took an experimentation pill, and I think it causes the misery. Without moodlets, my sims is sad. And the most simple negative moodlet (such as wet) completely depresses him. With a 128 moodlet bonus, he's only "very happy". What the heck? Will it pass?

Mouse over some of the negative moodlets and tell us how long the duration is. They might also be an indication as to the source of the moodlet (i.e. if it was indeed the pill).

The moodlets are the typical: Hunger, tiredness, dirty environment, so they're either "eternal" or for 24 hours.

You could try taking another pill.

"Eternal?" Highly unlikely. I'd just take care of all of your Sims' needs and just see if they magically go away.

I think by eternal, (s)he means that it doesn't have a time frame on the moodlet, like when something is dirty. The moodlet lasts until the mess/item is cleaned up.

Is your sim grumpy?  Grumpy sims have a harder time getting into a good mood.

Laphalot got it right. And never mind, I managed to walk it off. I'll never take any of those pills again.

Glad you got it worked out.  Mine took a couple of those pills and nothing ever happened. Good luck. Thread locked.
