Hello all! I have been playing my family for a while now, I am on week 8 or so, and there has never been any issues. But, last night my toddler grew up to a kid and then I had a baby this morning. I have been taking care of (Matthew Anderson :p) like crazy, the same way i did my first baby (Dolte Anderson). Now about two hours ago I tried to go into build mode and I keep getting a message telling me that I have neglected my child and child services are on their way. I cant go anywhere in game nor buy anything........and its been about 4 days in game since i have been told i "neglected my child".
I know for a fact that i have not neglected my new baby because he is very happy and both parents are taking good care of him non stop. Now that this message is popping up iv been doing what i have been doing to keep my baby happy twice as much but the message will not go away. I am really not sure what to do or what i have done, if anyone could please help me out i would really appreciate it a lot :]!
