'Divine' - Posh Club/Lounge

First attempt at a community lot, this is like a posh club.. with tables instead of dance floors, am i right in saying that in order to get working staff such as bouncer, mixoligist, pianist, that i need to set the lot to dive bar? or is there another lot type that will get me all the staff? hope you like it, let me know your thoughts please!

Hi Dann.

I noticed that you attached your pictures to your post.  The attachment feature on the Forum is for files that are uploaded to the Swap Shop.  Pictures should be linked from an image hosting site.  Forum members are welcome to use our Gallery for Sims 3 pictures used here.  Instructions and information are here.  Another way would be to use a different online hosting service, such as Photobucket.  Instructions for those are here.

If you could remove the attachments from your original post and use image links instead, we'd really appreciate it.  If you have questions or trouble, be sure to let me know.

Lovely looking place!

I'd set it to 'Exclusive Lounge' rather than 'dive bar' - this will affect the drinks on offer, and also ensure that people turn up in their fanciest outfits, as befits a nice place like this

To get staff I'm pretty sure you just need to have the place set to any bar you fancy and also have the entrance ropes and bar. Don't quote me on that, though

Each club/lounge/bar has it's own requirements so check the Sims Wiki to see what they are.  For instance, you wouldn't have this lovely bar in a dive bar.  That automatically sets the caliber higher so it would have to be an exclusive lounge or something that would use the higher quality bar.  Your mixologist comes automatically when you put in a professional bar.  Bouncers come with the ropes that block off entrances but not all kinds of clubs/lounges are allowed to them and the bouncers.  Dive bars do not have bouncers.
