Ooh Agneza, what a beautiful starter home! For so few simoleons, too. Very clever to use windows indoors (the kitchen wall), I never thought about that.
I must repeat what everyone has said on your work: you are very talented builder/decorator.

Thank you for sharing -> I was just about to start playing so I'll get to download it right away. :)

Your houses are always so cool Agneza! I'm going to download it right after I close the game  :) I hate the regular starter homes from the game, they are so small and ugly, but this one is perfect! And I agree, the idea of using windows indoors is great!

I have a question: the curtain-looking dividers, where did you get them from? Are they from a stuff pack? I love them!

Gorgeous as usual!  I particularly liked the use of the LN fence, (usually used as a go-go divider in bars), in the lounge area.  It gives it a separated, peaceful and quiet place yet not cut off from the rest of the house.  Cozy!  Your houses all make you feel like you are being hugged.  I love that.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
