Description: This cozy home boast 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 1 very happy family! The backyard is party
ready and kid friendly. With their new found riches, the Broke family is sure to find all the happiness money can buy
                    in their very own retreat.

This is the view of The Broke Retreat from the curb. The pathway to the front door is guarded by a couple topiary dragons and lined with small topiary bushes. Flowers and shrubs line the front of the house, as well.

This is the layout of The Broke Retreat. It has three seperate living quarters, each with it's own front door. Flat, Flo, and Skip will occupy the main part of the house, while Ruby's living area is on the left, and Buck's family is on the right.

This is the family room in the main house. It has a stereo and television, plus a  bookcase and plenty of seating. The color scheme for the main house is white, grey, and turqouise in accordance with the family's favorite colors. We have included an alarm system to keep the house safe from burglars.

This is one of the two eating areas. It is in the main house, and continues the same color scheme. The kitchen has a microwave, food processor, and plenty of counter space. In order to prevent triggering Flo's technophobia, we opted to add a sink and recycling bin instead of extra appliances. The area is perfect for the family to gather at meal times.

Skip's bedroom is done in shades of grey, since that is his favorite color. There is a desk for him to do his homework on, and he has his own bathroom.

Flat and Flo's bedroom keep with the color scheme from the rest of the house. The bedroom has a dresser and a fancy lighted mirror. Flat and Flo also have the own bathroom.

Ruby has her own seperate living area that is set up like a studio apartment. Her color scheme consists of shades of yellow, since yellow is her favorite color. The bed "room" is blocked off by a couple wooden screens. She has her own television, and full bathroom. And we have even included a desk set up with a computer.

Across the path is Buck's living area. It has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Buck's bedroom is done in shades of grey and his favorite color, black. He has a dresser and mirror, and his very own guitar, since we know he wants to be a Rock Star some day. Since we sacrificed the extra bedroom in efforts to maintain symmetry over the entire building, Trigger and Susie will be sharing a bedroom. But not to worry, there is a half wall seperating their sleeping areas. Their room is decorated in grey, black, and yellow, complimenting everyone's favorite colors. Trigger's bed is done in shades of grey, and Susie's bed is in shades of yellow. They both have access to a desk on which they can do their homework. This living area also has a television and couch for the family's entertainment.

The backyard is party ready and kid friendly! The second eating area is back here, complete with a refridgerator, grill, wet bar, and picnic table. There is a dance floor and rock speaker for all the raging parties the Broke family is sure to throw, plus a Gnubb set whenever they are in the mood for some friendly competition. The kids have their own area to play that includes a sandbox, costume chest, building block table, hopscotch court, and best of all...a treehouse!

Looking at the rear of the house, you will notice the back door leading in to the main house. On either side of this door, at the end of the line of small topiary bushes, are the doors leading in to Buck's and Ruby's living quarters. We have included an outdoor alarm system to keep the back yard safe from burglars.
