Gardening Guide Addition--"Wild" Plants

The Omni plant at the Science Center is moody.  Sometimes you can feed it, sometimes not.  Checking what it's been fed doesn't always help.  I've even had my own Omni plants not act right.  I don't know for sure what the problem is or how to fix it, especially with the Omni at the Science Center.
