The hatchery also has areas where the fish aren't jumping at all, both fresh water and salt water.  And going by what Pam and Naga have indicated, you would probably find the Late Night fish in these spots.

For the Kissing Gourami you need to go to the hatchery, I found it in one of the spots there can't remember which spot though. Also it is only found in that area as far as I know it doesn't spawn anywhere else
p.s does anyone know if the LN gems, metals or bugs spawn in riverview?
